Description

Stonehouse Square Offers You ……

More Choices
Our apartment floor plans are different and unique! There are three buildings with 71 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments from 510 to 1360 square feet. Most units have ten-foot ceilings… some have extra loft spaces or balconies... All have individual air-conditioning and electric appliances. Off-street parking and individual garages are available.

More Convenience
Located in the desirable Northeast Arts District, Stonehouse Square offers the best of old and new. In addition to the historic beauty of Stonehouse Square there are east and west barbeque areas surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

Nearby are lively restaurants, shops and nightlife of the North East Arts District, North Loop and East Hennepin. The bus stops at your door… downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota are minutes away and there’s easy access to the Twin Cities freeway network!

More Style
Entertain your friends and family at Stonehouse Square’s beautiful and unique community room, work-out in the fitness center…take a stroll and visit the nearby shops. You’ll love the carefree lifestyle that makes Stonehouse Square a special place to live.

More Quality
The buildings have been renovated by experienced craftsmen and the original beauty has been preserved. Attractive landscaped grounds and courtyards accent the yellow Chaska brick and wrought-iron fencing.

More History
The Catholic nuns in 1895 began construction of the buildings now known as Stonehouse Square. For eighty years the Little Sisters of the Poor provided a home for indigent elderly in Northeast Minneapolis. After the complex was closed in 1977, the renovated property was adapted for housing and reopened as Stonehouse Square Apartments..
