At The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College, founded in 1983, we provide a welcoming community for writers of all levels in Bronxvville, NY. We offer a variety of workshops, classes, seminars, and events both on-campus and online, including beginner classes, advanced prose and poetry workshops, teen programs, and publishing seminars. We accept everyone from novice to seasoned writers, pre-teens to retirees, and offer classes where everyone can explore their talent, engage with a genre, and bring their inner writer to life.
