Clare Cormier, DPM is a fellowship-trained, board-certified foot and ankle surgeon that provides complete foot and ankle care to people of all ages in at Carle Health in Champaign, IL.

Dr. Cormier studied at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, earning her medical degree with honors. She completed a surgical residency and served as Chief resident at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois and went on to complete a Fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Foot and Ankle Surgery in Indianapolis, Indiana.

In addition to general foot and ankle care, she specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She diagnoses and treats various conditions, including Achilles tendon ruptures, ankle arthritis, bunions, heel pain, and sports injuries and offers an evidence-based and patient-centered treatment approach. Surgical procedures Dr. Cormier performs include: foot and ankle fracture repair, ankle and foot arthroscopy, bunion deformity correction, flatfoot reconstruction, ankle replacement, and Achilles tendon repair.
