Description

Capstone Connect, PLLC Counseling & Trauma Services is a mental health private practice. We work with adults, children, pre-teens, adolescents, and couples struggling with emotional/behavioral symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, ADD/ADHD, and life stressors. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Ego Psychology, Narrative Therapy, and Marital Therapy along with a Client Centered approach to help alleviate and ameliorate mental health symptoms that impede human beings ability to function at their most highest level.
