Damp Doctors is the trading name of Neil Phillips an Independent Chartered Building Surveyor and Property Care Association Registered Independent Surveyor offering expert and impartial advice on damp and condensation. We operate in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire sometimes further afield if feasible. All surveys are undertaken by an RICS Regulated Chartered Building Surveyor with over thirty years industry experience. Thermal imaging and aerial/drone camera analysis along with more traditional methods of damp inspection along with core sampling and laboratory testing. Cavity wall inspections and foam spray insulation analysis. Lender approved and accepted reports provided along with expert witness appointments if required.
