Footworks Edinburgh LTD is a dedicated online barefoot footwear store. Run by the Barefoot specialist in Scotland and highly regarded globally, Mr Colin McPhail. Colin stumbled into natural running and progressed into the entire barefoot footwear market due to injuries caused by overly cushioned supportive trainers. When he went back to the basics, a lot of help was given from many global greats such as Mark Cuccuzzella, Daniel Lieberman, Barefoot Ted to name just a few. His dedication has led him down the path of being very straight up with potential customers who are considering a change to more natural movement. His book is due to be published in 2019 and will most likely be highly sought after. He remains a true to barefoot fan.
