Meet Dr. Fink
Samuel I. Fink, MD, FACP, is an internal medicine specialist in private practice in Tarzana, California. His patients receive comprehensive primary care for the full range of health conditions, including headaches, diabetes, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea, arthritis, and coronary artery disease. Patients appreciate the time and attention they receive thanks to Dr. Fink’s dedication to individualized care which encompasses a full diagnostic assessment. Beyond Dr. Fink’s expert care, patients also benefit from the convenience of on-site laboratory services, bone densitometry, X-rays, ultrasound, Echocardiography, and Treadmill Stress Testing. All of Dr. Fink's patients experience the benefit of concierge level care without the cost. A Los Angeles native, Dr. Fink graduated from Grant High School in Van Nuys and then attended Pomona College in Claremont. After graduating with honors in biochemistry, he attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Dr. Fink completed his residency in internal medicine at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and then entered private practice in Tarzana. He’s on the medical staff at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, where he’s the Chair of the Institutional Review Board. Dr. Fink has been a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association (LACMA) for nearly 30 years, where he served as the 141st President. He has also served as the President of the San Fernando Valley/Santa Clarita Medical Society, as well as the Chair of the LACMA delegation to the California Medical Association (CMA). With a dedication to advocating for physicians and patients, Dr. Fink has chaired the Public Health Reference Committee at the CMA House of Delegates and has served as a past member of the Council on Legislation as well as the Chairman of the President’s Forum. Dr. Fink teaches medical students at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he proudly serves as an Associate Clinical Profes
