LMHG provides in office and in home counseling and case management services to adults, children and families in Jefferson County, KY and surrounding areas. We accept most commercial insurance and medicaid plans.

We have both male and female providers available with a variety of expertise and experience.

Our community wrap-around model make services possible in the office, home, school, court, or any other place our families need.
