Diced bone in goat – traditionally diced goat would be cooked on the bone; this adds an unbeatable complex richness to the dish. Often found in African and Caribbean cooking this has become a great selling product for us here at Downland Produce.

Back Bacon – our own cured, sliced, and packed bacon is renowned across Wiltshire. We hand cure the pork using a traditional method know for its consistency and depth of flavour. Our bacon comes in many varieties and always goes down a treat!

Pork, Apple & Cider Sausages – our best-selling traditional sausage is given west country makeover. We add locally made cider apple chutney and a traditional cider made locally by Iford Cider. A great all-round sausage which can go great on the BBQ or with mash and gravy! Remember all of our sausages, burgers and kebabs are GLUTEN FREE.

Loin Chops – these our bestselling cut of pork and a great joy to cook. Chops cooked on the bone offer delicious flavour, with the perfect level of fat around the lean tender eye of meat. There are many recipes that can be found for juicy, and tender pork chops every time.

Prosciutto is a flavourful, delicately sweet and salty product. It typically has a salmon pink to brownish-red colour and each slice is streaked with fat. Some prosciutto varieties are seasoned with spices and herbs like black pepper, garlic, juniper, and rosemary, which give it a more unique, fragrant flavour.

Bone in shoulder – a great joy in life is cooking a whole lamb shoulder. It is the perfect way to feed a crowd and can be used in a variety of cuisines.
