Location and special features

Opened on October 12, 1991, the Haid Center in Ansfelden near Linz in Upper Austria is one of the largest shopping centers in Upper Austria with a total area of around 100,000 square meters and over 80 stores. Founded in the early 1990s as a loose association of individual stores, the Haid Center at Ikea-Platz 4 was expanded into a shopping center in the mid-2000s. Around four million people visit the shopping center every year. The Haid Center includes stores for fashion, media and household goods as well as restaurants and a supermarket.

Directions and parking

The Haid Center is located directly on the A1 or B139 and offers 2,600 parking spaces, 600 of which are covered in a multi-storey or underground parking lot. You can reach the bus stop between the Haid Center and the IKEA store on the 611 bus route, which will take you to your destination in just a few steps.
