Hello! Welcome, I'm Sue and the founder of Carshalton Pilates. I provide women only classes, within my home town of Carshalton Beeches, for Mums & menopausal women, coming together to create a supportive, safe, inclusive and friendly community in which to practice Pilates. The women I have attracted to my classes support this vision, so a warm welcome awaits you when you walk through the hall doors. If you're looking for a class where you will receive individual attention but also a group to support you, you will find Carshalton Pilates will provide just that. I specialise in classes for those in peri and post menopause, pregnancy & postpartum, those with osteoporosis and osteopenia. I am also qualified to work with the over 60's.
