Description

Rolfing®, or what she called Structural Integration, was developed by Ida Rolf. It is a hands-on practice that works to differentiate and integrate muscles and structures of the body to alleviate pain and give more ease and efficiency in movement. We look at the entire person to see what are the most important points limiting a higher level of order in your body. Rolfing is designed to begin as a series of 10 sessions systematically working through the body part by part and layer by layer.
