Location and special features
Hildesheim's most modern shopping center is named after Henni Arneken. He successfully steered the fortunes of the Bördestadt as mayor for decades in the 17th century and is still honored for this today. The light-flooded architecture of the shopping center, which opened in 2112, is self-confident, open and tolerant and offers interesting views with its glass, concrete and visual axes. Almost 60 specialist stores have set up shop inside, providing a diverse mix of sectors. A special feature is the center's own kindergarten, where children are looked after free of charge while their parents shop.
Directions and parking
The Arneken Galerie is located directly on the B 1, which is not only served by all major bus routes in the city of Hildesheim, but also offers direct access to the A 7. This means that drivers also enjoy the best connection to the Arneken Galerie's large multi-storey parking lot. Several hundred parking spaces are available here at reasonable rates.
