Herzlich willkommen bei der Dominikus Tagespflege.
Das Angebot der Dominikus Tagespflege im Yamakawa Seniorenhaus ist vor allem an dementiell erkrankte Senioren und Pflegebedürftige gerichtet, bei denen die ambulante Betreuung und Pflege zuhause nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann.
Neben der ambulanten Versorgung hat jeder Pflegebedürftige Anspruch auf eine teilstationäre Pflege (§41 SGB XI).
