Every session is unique to you; your situation, your preference, and your needs. Many times clients come with a predetermined objective or focus. This may be emotional release, overwhelm, support through past trauma or current challenges. It may be clarity to create, seeking skills to live from their true identity, or simply desiring renewal & relaxation.

I seek to connect you to your highest and best self, as well to your higher source of power. I do this by fostering unity of the physical, mental, emotional, energetic/environmental, and spiritual aspects of each client. When every aspect of an individual engages for a purpose the results can be powerful and lasting.
