At age 19, Shaun Kama moved to Los Angeles and began his tattoo apprenticeship under world-renowned artist, Mark Mahoney at the original Shamrock Studios in the early 90’s.

“The Shop” officially opened on May 15th and guests can now book in for appointments. The Shop is truly unique as it’s the only tattoo parlor of it's kind operating in a museum and it’s contribution to making the museum a tactile, hands on experience cannot be denied.
