Cheese can be magical. One of my earliest memories is sitting with my grandfather at his kitchen table while he would eat his cheese and crackers for lunch (which he had, every single day). Today, cheese plays an important role in our own home. With the chaos of two young boys and friends and family coming and going, cheese is a constant on our table.
