Modern, holistic, integrative psychotherapy, psychiatry, & medication management all with one provider delivered by convenient telehealth! LGBTQIA+ and trauma-informed care. A 360-degree approach to therapy and telemental health. My clients receive deeply restorative undivided attention. Johns Hopkins trained, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. You will have the time and space to really speak; I will get to know you very well. I see only a small number of clients to deliver high-quality attention and care to each. I believe in a holistic & integrative approach to therapy and medicine and their intelligent use to benefit my patients, including non-pharmacological tools (e.g., light therapy, exercise, meditation, & supplements).
