Hi, my name is Amy. I am a qualified counsellor working in West Berkshire. I work with individuals over 18, both online and in person. Life’s challenging moments can sometimes leave us puzzled about our own emotions. It’s often beneficial to unpack these feelings in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
