Striking plays an important role in our programming to help you age athletically. But don’t get it confused — we are not a boxing gym. We simply prefer to use the bag as a functional tool that enables clients to generate power through rotation & weight transfer, enhances natural athleticism, increases spatial awareness and improves coordination…

…Not to mention striking makes you feel like a total badass and helps to relieve some stress! ????

A great strength and conditioning program does not require a barbell. While we respect the hell out of the barbell, it has its limitations, so we choose not to use it.

1️⃣ Risk vs. reward. Moving the barbell well requires more technique and progression than any other strength-driven tool. Without it, we can place a MAD newbie on the same exact training floor as a seasoned member on day one without compromising safety.
