Description

Patrick H. Bitter, Sr., M.D and Margaret Mitchell, CEO/Founder conceptualized and opened the first medical spa of its kind in the country. In 2008, Margaret went a step further and re-opened Epi Center MedSpa as the first eco medspa in the nation, receiving a proclamation from Governor Gavin Newsom.
