I provide online life coaching and art therapy courses, which is a fantastic resource that can help discover your inner self and explore many aspects of your life, helping with anxiety, depression, trauma, lack of self-confidence, conflict making choices and decisions, wanting to learn to build better habits, relax, gain focus and be more in control of your own thoughts and emotions. By using a variety of techniques and materials to create different art forms, such as doodling, zentangles, sketching, painting, sculpting, and ephemeral art allows and helps us to work through emotions and analyse situations, as well as helping us to understand us and others in an organic, controlled and safe environment.
