Alla trattoria Giotto vi offriremo, oltre alla tradizione e genuinità che da oltre cento anni la contraddistingue, anche le nostre carni provenienti dal nostro allevamento. Il proprietario Vito Zarra, titolare anche della storica macelleria Zarra, nasce in una famiglia di allevatori/macellai e ha voluto con la trattoria chiudere un ciclo di filiera corta riservato ai suoi clienti.
