Location and special features

Located directly at the main train station and thus in the heart of Magdeburg, the City Careé welcomes its visitors with around 25,000 square meters of retail space. It is not only its location that makes the City Careé one of the most popular shopping destinations in the region, but also its wide range of specialist stores, services and restaurants. People like to take a break here or stroll along the shop windows of more than 50 stores. Opened in 1997, the City Careé is also home to a wide range of companies that have rented office space here. The complex also includes a Cinemaxx 3D cinema, the food retailer Kaufland and a fashion store.

Access and parking

The City Careé is located directly on the well-developed Ernst-Reuter-Allee and Otto-von-Guericke-Strasse. The connection to the B 71 is only a few hundred meters away. Individual visitors have 1,700 parking spaces available in the center's own multi-storey parking lot. Thanks to its direct location at Magdeburg train station, getting here by train, S-Bahn and Magdeburg buses is also no problem at all.
