Location and special features

"A mosaic of beautiful things" is the slogan of the Carré Cannstatt and arouses curiosity for a visit. Shoppers can explore the Carré world of goods in more than 40 stores and indulge in fine culinary delights in numerous snack bars, restaurants and bakeries. Only opened in 2006, the shopping center in the south of Bad Cannstatt also boasts a well thought-out range of services. In this way, the Carré Cannstatt brings together companies from more than 25 different sectors under its sweeping glass roof. Retail alone takes up 22,000 square meters of retail space, while the adjoining medical center measures around 17,000 square meters. Further space is taken up by offices for companies from the IT, real estate, beauty and consulting sectors.

Directions and parking

The Carré in Bad Cannstatt offers an excellent transport infrastructure. The shopping center is easy to reach both by public transport and by car, not far from Wilhelma and Bad Cannstatt train station. However, with 731 parking spaces, the Carré offers fewer parking spaces than comparable shopping centers. It therefore makes sense to use the S-Bahn, Stadtbahn or bus, all of which stop directly in Deckerstrasse or at Wilhelmsplatz.
